We know business isn't always linear. You can roll over up to 20% of your unused hours to the following month. This ensures you get value even during a quiet spell, while allowing us to keep our team ready and available for you.
What if I don't have any requirements this month?
We'll usually have a to do list of annual checks that we can carry out in your quieter months - policy reviews, system audits, people check-ins, etc. We won't just sit on our hands if you don't have any pressing issues, we'll be proactive in suggesting ways that you can use our time for important housekeeping in your quieter months.
