She has held senior leadership positions in the Marketing, Advertising, and Technology sectors, where she has led global people functions, designed effective organisational structures, and built modern, compliant HR practices for scaling businesses.
Louise is also training as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist, giving her a unique, in-depth perspective on people and leadership.

With industry-recognised credentials in information security (ISO 27001) and data protection (CIPM, CIPP/E), Emily helps organisations build secure and scalable foundations. She uses a practical, systems-thinking approach to balance strategic goals with strong governance.
