Before co-founding Maven, Louise was VP of People & Culture at Elucidat, a Brighton SaaS business which grow from a small team to over 60 people. The business achieved Great Place to Work (Best Workplaces) certification every year during her time there. It was successfully acquired by Learning Pool in 2025.
Louise has worked at board level, managed every kind of difficult situation, built people strategies from scratch, and supported businesses through the full growth curve. She brings that experience directly to the founders she works with now.
