Louise blends strategic insight with hands-on operational capability. She has led global people functions, designed organisational structures, and built modern, compliant people practices for scaling businesses.
Louise is also training as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist giving her a unique perspective on people and leadership.

She holds industry-recognised credentials across information security and data protection. This expertise enables Emily to support organisations in building compliant, secure, and scalable operational foundations.
Emily brings a practical, systems-thinking mindset to her work, helping organisations strengthen their operations, embed robust processes, and balance strategic ambition with strong governance.
